NDAi is a company based in Seoul, Republic of Korea. We specialize in providing Shopify apps that streamline customer registration and help merchants engage more effectively with their target audience. Types of Information We May Collect from You

When you log in or register for an account through our social login services (including Google One Tap Sign-in), we collect personal information such as your email address, first name, last name, and (optionally) your social network profile picture. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not attempt to register for our services or send any personal information to us. If we learn that a child under age 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Use of Google One Tap Sign-In

We offer the option to log in via Google One Tap Sign-In (or Google OAuth). By choosing this method, you grant us access to certain information from your Google account, such as your email address, name, and profile image, depending on the permissions you allow (e.g., basic profile data). We use this information solely to simplify the registration or login process, provide you with the requested services, and improve your overall experience.

If at any time you no longer wish to allow our application to access your Google account, you may revoke this permission by adjusting your Google account settings (usually found under “Security” > “Third-party apps with account access”). Once revoked, we will no longer be able to collect additional information from your Google account.

We do not use information collected via Google One Tap Sign-In for targeted advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Any data obtained through Google OAuth is treated with the same level of protection and privacy outlined in this policy.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files that may include a unique identifier. They are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device’s hard drive. We use session ID cookies to enable certain features of our services, to understand how you interact with the Service, and to monitor web traffic. What Your Information Will Be Used For

Specifically, we use your information to facilitate the login and registration process, including via Google One Tap Sign-In, as well as to help Shopify merchants deliver a better user experience. We do not use your personal information for advertising or marketing without obtaining your prior consent, if required by applicable law.

We may use your email address or other contact information to send you occasional marketing or promotional communications about our services, new features, or special offers. We do so only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and we will provide you with a clear method to opt out of receiving such communications at any time.

You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails by following the “unsubscribe” link provided in the email or by contacting us directly at info@uneedcomms.com. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you transactional or service-related communications (e.g., account notifications or support messages).

Disclosure of Your Information

Any personal information you provide to us will be stored securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers, which may be located outside your country of residence. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies, except as required by law or regulation. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized entities or governmental authorities unless legally required.

Changing or Deleting Your Information

If you have created a NDAi account, you may review, update, or delete your profile by logging into the appropriate Shopify store’s “Account” page or by contacting us at info@uneedcomms.com. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. If you would like us to delete any information we hold about you, please send an email to info@uneedcomms.com.

Note that if you choose to revoke our access to your Google account, we will no longer collect new data from your account; however, it remains your responsibility to request the deletion of any previously collected data if you wish to have it removed from our systems.
